• Only applied to the transfer amount on the DeeMoney Neo app or DeeMoney for Business Web Portal. Cannot combine accumulative amount between 2 apps.
• Refunded transactions will not be counted as a valid transaction
• 1 account is only eligible for 1 reward based on the highest tier
• Each customer will only receive one gift based on the highest tier achieved.
• Eligible customers will be contacted to receive the reward within 30 days after the campaign ends
• The reward cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
• Customers are liable to pay 3% withholding tax upon receiving the reward
• The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.

Reward Collection T&C

• Reward(s) will be distributed to the eligible customers within 31st of March 2023
• DeeMoney reserves the right to choose color of the reward
• Eligible customers must collect the reward themselves at DeeMoney Soi 8 Branch and present their valid ID upon receiving the award
• In case an eligible customer cannot pick up the reward themselves, please inform our Customer Service team via email at support@dee.money and appoint a representative to pick up the award. Also attach a copy of government ID in the email.
• Eligible customers must collect the reward within 30 April 2023 otherwise will be confiscated
• In the event that any changes are made. The company's decision shall be final.
• DeeMoney is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.

• ลูกค้า 1 บัญชี จะได้รับของรางวัล 1 อย่างเท่านั้นตามยอดสะสมสูงสุด
• ลูกค้าที่มีสิทธิได้รางวัลจะถูกแจ้งให้ทราบภายใน 1 เดือนปฏิทิน หลังจากโปรโมชันสิ้นสุด
• ลูกค้ามีหน้าที่ต้องจ่ายภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 3% ของมูลค่าของรางวัล
• ของรางวัลไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสด เปลี่ยน หรือโอนสิทธิให้ผู้อื่นได้
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดโปรโมชันโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า ลูกค้าจะต้องตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขโปรโมชันด้วยตนเองหากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
• ในกรณีมีข้อพิพาทและข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ ให้ถือคำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ เป็นที่สุด

เงื่อนไขการรับของรางวัล

• บริษัทฯ จะทำการแจ้งให้รับของรางวัล ภายในวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2566
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเลือกสีของรางวัล
• ลูกค้าจะต้องมารับของรางวัลด้วยตัวเองที่ DeeMoney สาขาซอย 8 และจะต้องนำบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางตัวจริงมาแสดงเพื่อรับรางวัล
  • หากลูกค้าไม่สามารถมารับของรางวัลด้วยตัวเอง กรุณาแจ้งแผนกบริการลูกค้าผ่านอีเมลที่ support@deemoney.com
• ลูกค้าจะต้องมารับของรางวัลภายในวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2566 มิเช่นนั้นจะถือว่าลูกค้าสละสิทธิ
• DeeMoney ไม่ใช่ผู้ผลิต ผู้จัดจำหน่าย หรือผู้ให้บริการ และไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้า/บริการใด ๆ ภายใต้โปรโมชั่นนี้ หากมีข้อสงสัยหรือข้อเรียกร้องใด ๆ เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์/บริการ หรือข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับใบกำกับภาษี/ใบกำกับภาษี โปรดติดต่อผู้ผลิต ผู้จัดจำหน่าย และ/หรือเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการโดยตรง
