Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period: 

• 1 - 31 January 2024 (before 11:59 PM, Bangkok Time, GMT+7).

2. Eligibility:

• Valid for new DeeMoney application customers who complete signing up and receive account verification approval (KYC verification) from January 1, 2024, to January 31, 2024 (before 11:59 PM, Bangkok Time, GMT+7).

3. Promotion Conditions:

Enter promo code when creating your first international money transfer in the DeeMoney application to waive the first transfer fee (inclusive of VAT 7%).

• Promotion Benefits: Transaction fee (+ VAT 7%) waived regardless of the sending amount and payout destinations/method
• Promo Code Expiration Date: 29 Feb 2024 (before 11:59 PM, Bangkok Time, GMT+7)
• Available Payout Destinations: All available countries on the DeeMoney application

• The company reserves the right not to provide benefits/rewards if no promo code is entered/applied to the transaction.

4. Transaction Conditions:

• Minimum transfer amount: 1,000 THB per transaction
• Maximum transfer: 800,000 THB per transaction (*subject to transaction limits by payout destination countries)
• Total transfer limit: 800,000 THB per day

5. Sign up and Account Verification (KYC Verification) Details: 

• KYC Verification Business Hours: Monday – Sunday (9 AM – 5 PM, (Bangkok Time, GMT+7))
• The KYC Verification process might take up to 1 working day after all the required documents are submitted to DeeMoney.
• DeeMoney reserves the right to request additional documents as deemed necessary per regulatory requirements. 

6. Reservation of Rights:

• DeeMoney reserves the right to modify or change any conditions without prior notice.
• The reward cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The reward is not transferable.
• The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• In the event that any disputes arise, the company’s decision shall be final.

7. Agreement:

By participating, customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. DeeMoney retains the final decision in case of disputes.
