The DeeMoney “Refer & Earn Challenge” Campaign (“Campaign”) runs from 18 May 2026 to 16 July 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
2.1 This Campaign is open to existing DeeMoney users who have successfully completed identity verification (KYC) in accordance with DeeMoney’s requirements.
2.2 Participants must maintain a valid DeeMoney account in good standing throughout the Campaign Period.
2.3 DeeMoney reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating these Terms & Conditions or DeeMoney policies.
3.1 Participants may invite friends to register and use DeeMoney through DeeMoney’s Refer & Earn program using their personal referral code or referral link.
3.2 A “successful referral” refers to a referred user who:
3.3 Only successful referrals completed during the Campaign Period will be counted toward the Campaign.
4.1 Participants must accumulate a minimum of 15 successful referrals during the Campaign Period to qualify for the Campaign.
4.2 The participant with the highest number of successful referrals during the Campaign Period will be eligible to win the grand prize.

5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative rewards.
6.1 Both the referrer and referee will continue to receive the THB 500 e-voucher reward under DeeMoney’s standard Refer & Earn program, subject to DeeMoney’s standard program terms and conditions.
6.2 The Campaign prize is separate from the regular Refer & Earn rewards.
To qualify as a successful referral:
7.1 DeeMoney will announce the winner within 40 days after the end of the Campaign Period through DeeMoney’s official communication channels.
7.2 DeeMoney will contact the winner using the phone number or email address registered with their DeeMoney account.
7.3 DeeMoney reserves the right to request proof of identity before prize collection.
7.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within the specified period determined by DeeMoney, DeeMoney reserves the right to select another eligible participant.
7.5 Any taxes, duties, fees, or expenses arising from the prize, including the 5% withholding tax, shall be solely borne and paid by the winner.

9.1 DeeMoney reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel the Campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions, by providing at least 7 days' prior notice through DeeMoney’s official communication channels, except in cases of urgent necessity beyond DeeMoney’s reasonable control."
9.2 Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
9.3 DeeMoney reserves the right to interpret these Terms & Conditions, provided that any such interpretation must be made on the basis of good faith and fairness in accordance with Section 5 of the Civil and Commercial Code. DeeMoney's decisions shall be final.
9.4 Personal Data Protection: DeeMoney will collect, use, and disclose participants' personal data solely for the purposes of operating this Campaign, in accordance with DeeMoney's Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Participants have the right to access, rectify, and erase their personal data as prescribed by law. 9.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Campaign is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Thai courts.
9.6 Right to Complain: Participants who wish to contest a competition result, disqualification, or any aspect of the Campaign administration may submit a written complaint to DeeMoney at support@deemoney.com within 30 days of the date on which the grounds for complaint became known. DeeMoney will review and respond to the complaint within 30 days of receipt.
Participation in this Campaign is also subject to DeeMoney’s general Terms of Service and the standard terms and conditions of DeeMoney’s Refer & Earn program.
