What is DeeMoney?
DeeMoney is a financial solutions provider offering money transfers and foreign currency exchange services based in Thailand, licensed by the Bank of Thailand and operating since 2018.
Which countries can be transferred to?
The service currently allows payouts to 35 different countries around the world. The transfer can be made directly into the receiver’s Bank account, or in certain countries, the receiver may also withdraw cash at selected locations.

How much does it cost?
DeeMoney offers a flat fee starting from 150 THB to 250 THB depending on the receiving country with one single exception being China, where the fee is 300 THB.

How long does a transfer take?
Within the next working day for countries available under our DeeNext guarantee service. Please visit deemoney.com/deenext/ for more information.
For countries not under our DeeNext guarantee service, the expected transfer time is 3-5 working days.
How to sign-up?
The sign-up process starts with filling out our form at deemoney.com/sign-up and our kind and friendly sales staff will contact you back to finalize the registration!

How do I transfer?
The following are instructions on using the DeeMoney mobile application:
1. Enter the recipient’s data. Make sure to double check all information is correct.
2. Once you have entered the recipient’s data, go back to the homepage and select “Send Money”.
3. Enter your amount and proceed through.
4. Select “QR Payment” and you will be given a QR code. Tap on “Save” to save the QR code to your phone’s image gallery.
5. Open your bank account’s mobile banking application (Works with any bank in Thailand).

Do you accept cash?
Yes, we accept cash transactions at our branches. Please see the list below for a list of countries where we allow cash transactions:
- Sri Lanka
For the rest of the countries, only transfers via the mobile application is available or a bank transfer via QR code at our branches.

What are the transfer limits?
There is a 800,000 THB limit per transaction per day. For all countries.
Can I register as a business?
No, currently, only individuals are allowed to register.
What other services does DeeMoney provide?
On top of money transfer services, DeeMoney also provides money exchange services at our Sukhumvit Soi 8 Branch. Our partnership with Moneygram allows for Moneygram transfer services to over 180 countries worldwide
Can I transfer to my own account overseas?
Yes. As long as all the details are correct, the transaction would go through.
Does DeeMoney accept transfers from other countries?
Yes, however, it has to be received through Moneygram and for cash pickup only at one of our branches
Can I use a foreign phone number to register?
No. Only Thai phone numbers are accepted for registration.
Do I need a Thai bank account?
Yes, in order to complete the transfer using the DeeMoney mobile application, you are required to use your Thai bank’s mobile banking application to transfer the funds.
Can I transfer funds from my Thai bank account using DeeMoney while not living in Thailand?
Yes, as long as your phone is able to receive the OTP via SMS. This can be done by enabling Roaming on your device.
