Promotion T&C

1. Promotion Period: 

• This campaign is valid from 1 - 31 May 2024
  • Transactions must be initiated and payment made before 11:59 PM (Bangkok Time, GMT+7) on 31 May 2024

2. Eligibility:

• The promotion is accessible to all customers who use the DeeMoney application to send money from Thailand to Japan.

3. Promotion Conditions:

3.1) Enjoy a 100% fee discount (exclude VAT 7%) on your first transfer when transferring 1,000 THB or more per transaction to Japan on the DeeMoney application.

3.2) GrabGifts Food voucher

3.2.1 Receive a GrabGifts Food voucher reward when your total accumulated transfer amount to Japan in May meets the following criteria:

• Send a total of 100,000 THB and receive a 100 THB GrabGifts Food voucher
• Send a total of 200,000 THB and receive a 200 THB GrabGifts Food voucher
• Send a total of 300,000 THB and receive a 300 THB GrabGifts Food voucher

3.2.2. Reward Limitation:

• Limited to only one reward per user based on the maximum tier reached.

3.2.3. Reward Distribution & Redemption:

• Upon successful completion of money transfer transactions meeting the promotion conditions outlined above, eligible customers will receive the reward via registered email by 30 June 2024.
• The GrabGifts Food voucher can be redeemed on the Grab platforms for food delivery services. Code has to be redeemed within 30 days.

4. Reservation of Rights:

• DeeMoney reserves the right to verify the participant’s eligibility and the transaction authenticity. Any Participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified from the promotion.
• DeeMoney reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
• DeeMoney reserves the right to disqualify any customer from participating in the Promotion if fraudulent activities or misuse of the Promotion are suspected.
• DeeMoney shall not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the promotion.
• DeeMoney shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any force majeure event or act of nature, or governmental action, and shall not be liable for any compensation or other payment for such loss or damage.
• All transactions are subject to DeeMoney's standard terms and conditions.
• In the event that any disputes arise, the company’s decision shall be final.
• The reward cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The reward is not transferable.

5. Agreement:

• By participating, customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. DeeMoney retains the final decision in case of disputes.
