Individual customers who transfer money through the DeeMoney application get 1 raffle ticket per 1 transaction in the ‘DeeMoney OWNDEE free Tesla’ campaign in every transfer at a minimum of 1,000 THB (Excluding transfer fee and VAT). It only counts successful transactions from 31 May 2023 - 30 November 2023. After the expiration of the period, the company will collect all tickets to draw the prize to find the lucky winner.

The total value of all prizes is 3,521,800 Baht.

1st Prize Tesla Model 3 value 1,809,000 THB amount 1 prize.

2nd Prize Gold (2 baht) value 65,600 THB amount 5 prize.

3rd Prize iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB value 44,900 THB amount 5 prize.

4th Prize Honda Wave110i New 2022 value 37,100 THB amount 5 prize.

5th Prize AirPods Pro Gen 2 value 8,990 THB amount 20 prize.

6th Prize Lotus's E-Voucher value 4,000 THB amount 30 prize.

7th Prize Free Transfer Fee 5 times value 675 THB amount 1,000 prize.

*Please note that the value of the prize is subject to market fluctuations.

• If the lucky winner receives more than one prize within the program, only one prize with the highest monetary value will be eligible. Then the committee will draw the ticket to find a new lucky person to replace. And prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. And the prize is not transferable to others.
• The company will draw prizes at Tinidee Hotel @ Bangkok Golf Club on December 13, 2023.
• Winners will be announced on December 14, 2023 at 7:00 PM via https://www.facebook.com/DeeMoneyTH and https://www.deemoney.com/
• The company will contact all lucky winners by December 31, 2023 to make an appointment to receive prizes at DeeMoney Sukhumvit Soi 8 branch from January 17- 31, 2024. If the company is unable to contact the original lucky winner, or if the winner is unable to claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the company reserves the right to give the prize to the next lucky winner.
• Winners with a value of 1,000 baht or more must pay a withholding tax of 5% of the value of the prize received. And the winner will have to accept the transfer fee and other expenses incurred from receiving the prize.
• The winner must bring proof of identity to receive the prize. (ID card or passport)
• For any person found to be in violation of the rules and terms and conditions of the promotion, the company will consider that any action and participation in the list of the person is void in all cases.
• The company reserves the right to disqualify any employee or stakeholder, or any family member of an employee or stakeholder of Sawasdee Shop Co.,Ltd., from participating in the promotional activity.
• The company will collect all the tickets in the program into a single pile that can be seen prominently throughout the event area. Mix them all together and throw them in the air, draw collect them piece by piece in front of the witness committee in order to get the list of winners until all prizes are complete, as well as read out the list of winners immediately for everyone to know.
• The Company's Consideration and Judgment is final.

• หากผู้โชคดีได้รับรางวัลซ้ำจะมีสิทธิ์ได้รับรางวัลที่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินสูงสุดเพียงรางวัลเดียวเท่านั้น แล้วคณะกรรมการจะทำการจับรางวัลเพื่อหาผู้โชคดีคนใหม่มาทดแทนต่อไป และของรางวัลไม่สามารถแลก เปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้ และรางวัลไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้

• ประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีในวันที่ 14 ธันวาคม 2566 เวลา 19.00 น. ผ่าน https://www.facebook.com/DeeMoneyTH และ https://www.deemoney.com/
• ทางบริษัทจะติดต่อผู้โชคดีได้รับรางวัลทั้งหมดภายในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2566 เพื่อทำการนัดหมายให้มารับรางวัลที่ DeeMoney สาขา สุขุมวิท ซอย 8 ตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 - 31 มกราคม 2567 หากทางบริษัทไม่สามารถติดต่อผู้โชคดีได้รับรางวัลและผู้โชคดีไม่สามารถมารับรางวัลได้ภายใน 30 วัน ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์มอบรางวัลให้แก่ผู้โชคดีลำดับถัดไป
• ผู้โชคดีได้รับรางวัลที่มีมูลค่าตั้งแต่ 1,000 บาทขึ้นไป จะต้องชำระหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ของมูลค่าของรางวัลที่ได้รับและเป็นผู้ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมโอน และค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆ อันเกิดจากการรับรางวัล
• ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลจะต้องนำหลักฐานยืนยันตัวตนเพื่อรับรางวัล (บัตรประชาชน หรือ พาสปอร์ต)
• หากตรวจสอบได้ว่าการกระทำของบุคคลใดมีการทุจริต บริษัทจะถือว่าการดำเนินการใด ๆ และการเข้าร่วมรายการของบุคคลที่ทุจริตนั้นเป็นโมฆะทุกกรณี
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การร่วมกิจกรรมสำหรับพนักงาน ครอบครัวของพนักงาน และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับ บริษัท สวัสดีช้อป จำกัด
• บริษัทฯ จะรวมสิทธิ์ผู้ร่วมรายการทั้งหมดกองไว้ เป็นกองเดียวสามารถมองเห็นได้อย่างเด่นชัดทั่วบริเวณจัดงาน ใช้วิธีคลุกเคล้าชิ้นส่วนทั้งหมดให้ทั่วกัน และโยนขึ้นบนอากาศ เชิญกรรมการผู้ตัดสินหรือแขกผู้มีเกียรติจับชิ้นส่วนทีละชิ้น ต่อหน้าคณะกรรมการ สักขีพยาน เพื่อให้ได้รายชื่อผู้โชคดีจนครบทุกรางวัล พร้อมทั้งอ่านรายชื่อผู้โชคดีทันที เพื่อให้ทุกท่านที่มาร่วมงานทราบโดยทั่วกัน

• การชำระเงินเต็มจำนวน : เพื่อได้รับสิทธิ์ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม บริษัทฯ ขอให้ผู้ใช้บริการหลีกเลี่ยงการทำธุรกรรมหลายธุรกรรมหากผู้รับเงินปลายทางเป็นบุคคลเดียวกัน เพื่อป้องกันความล่าช้าหรือความยุ่งยากที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการปฏิเสธธุรกรรมของผู้ให้บริการโอนเงินต่างประเทศ
• การปรึกษาฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ : บริษัทฯ มีฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ที่พร้อมให้การช่วยเหลือตลอดช่วงเวลาของแคมเปญส่งเสริมการขาย หากลูกค้ามีคำถามหรือข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับการทำธุรกรรมโอนเงิน สามารถติดต่อฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์เพื่อรับความช่วยเหลือและคำแนะนำตามที่คุณต้องการ
• การตรวจสอบรายละเอียดการชำระเงินอีกครั้ง : บริษัทฯ ขอให้ลูกค้าตรวจสอบรายละเอียดการชำระเงินอย่างรอบคอบและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของจำนวนเงินที่ต้องการโอน ข้อมูลผู้รับเงิน และรายละเอียดสำคัญที่จำเป็นอื่น ๆ เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงข้อผิดพลาดที่อาจเกิดขึ้นและทำให้การทำธุรกรรมไม่สำเร็จ

2. Apple ไม่ใช่ผู้สนับสนุนหรือมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม DeeMoney โอนดี แจกฟรี Tesla
3. แอปพลิเคชัน DeeMoney ไม่สามารถใช้การซื้อในแอปเพื่อซื้อเครดิตหรือสกุลเงินเพื่อใช้ร่วมกับกิจกรรม DeeMoney โอนดี แจกฟรี Tesla
4. กิจกรรม DeeMoney โอนดี แจกฟรี Tesla อยู่ภายใต้ใบอนุญาตการแถมพกหรือรางวัลโดยวิธีการเสี่ยงโชค เลขที่ 45/2566 ออกโดยกรมการปกครอง กระทรวงมหาดไทย
